Sprouted green gram and palak soup

Ingredients

Sprouted green gram – ½ cup
Spinach/Palak – 150g
Garlic – 1
Pepper Power – ¼ tsp
Water – 2 cup
Butter – 1tsp
Chat masala – ½ tsp
Salt

Method

Cook the palak and blend it into a smooth paste.

Heat a pan and add butter and fry the garlic. Add sprouted green gram and water and cook till the gram becomes soft.

Add salt, pepper and chat masala.
