For fish Fry…
Kingfish (boneless)- ½ kg (can use any fleshy fish)
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Chilly power – 1 tsp
Coriander power – ½ tsp
Salt to taste
Onion – 250 gm
Chopped coconut – 150 gm
Pepper Powder – ¼ tsp
Chilly powder – 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves – 10
Marinate the fish with all the ingredients and keep it for 10 mints.
Heat the oil and fry till it becomes soft and keep it aside.
After cooling crush the fried fish in the mixer.
In the same pan add more oil and add curry leaves and coconut. Fry for two mints and then add the finely chopped onion and pepper.
Fry till the onion is golden brown.
Add the fried crush fish and fry till it becomes little crispy.
