Poori is my favorite food. Whenever we go to any vegetarian restaurant I always order poori and that is one of my daughter favorite too. When I started my cooking I always thought that making poori is a difficult task but now it’s an easy breakfast. So this is a favorite tiffin box item too.
Wheat – 1cup
Rava – ½ tsp
Water – as needed
Oil – for frying
In a bowl mix wheat flour, rava and salt.
Add water little by little to make it into a soft dough.
Divide the into equal size small balls and with a rolling pin press the dough balls to small disc.
Heat the oil (pour enough oil to deep fry) in a kadai and immerse poori and gently turn it and cook to a golden colour.
