Onion (Chopped)- 1 cup
Tomatoes (Chopped)- 2
Beans (Chopped)- ½ cup
Carrot (Chopped)- 1 cup
Cauliflower (Chopped)- 1 cup
Peas- 1 cup
Green bell pepper – 1
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Green chilies – 1
Pav bhaji masala – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder -1 tsp
Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
Pavs – 12
Boil all the vegetables except onions, tomatoes and capsicum and mash the cooked vegetables.
In a pan, add butter and when it melts, add cumin seeds and chopped onions.
Fry the onions till they become transparent and add ginger-garlic paste.
Fry till the raw smell of the ginger-garlic paste disappears then add chopped green chilies,
Tomatoes, chopped capsicum and fry them till they become soft and mushy.
Now add the chilly powder, turmeric powder and pav bhaji masala.
Combine the mashed vegetables well with this mix.
Add some water and let the vegetable simmer for 7 more minutes.
While serving, in a pan heat butter and just toast the pavs for few mints.
