Milk Kesari (Pal Kesari)

Pal Kaseri 2 WM
Rava (Semolina – 1 cup
Milk – 2 ½ cup
Sugar – 1 ½ cup
Cardamom Powder – 1 tsp
Raisin – 10
Ghee – ½ cup

Heat ghee and fry the raisin and keep aside.
In the ghee fry the rava for a couple of mints.
Add milk and mix continuously to make a soft paste.
Put sugar and mix well adding cardamom powder.
Keep stirring till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan and at this point add the fried raisins.
Grease a plate and allow it to set for 10-15 mints and cut into shapes.
