Strawberry Oats Smoothie

Smoothies make a great breakfast especially during summer. It takes less than five minutes to prepare. Adding oats to the smoothie makes it really creamy and filling.

Ingredients

Strawberry – 12

Oats – 1 cup (cooked)

Milk – 2 cup

Sugar – 4 tsp

Method

Put all the ingredients in a blender add blend it till it becomes smooth.
