Spring Prawns

This dish is named as Spring Prawns as it is made with a lush green masala and the main ingredient is spring onion. This became one of my favorite masala as it is tasty, easy made with just two major ingredients… First time I made egg curry using this masala and now with prawns.. really yummmm….. 



Prawns- 250 g 

Spring onion – 200 g 

Green chilly -3 

Fenugreek- 1/4 tsp

Water- 1/4 cup 

Oil-1 tsp



Clean and devein the prawns.

Blend spring onion and green chilly to a smooth paste.

Heat oil in a pan and add fenugreek, allow it to splutter.

Add the green masala and fry for 2 mints.

Add water, prawns and salt and cook till the prawns are cooked well.
