Full Chicken Roast


Full Chicken 2Ingredients

Chicken – 1 kg

Butter – 1 tsp

Garlic paste – 11/2 tsp

Chill paste – 1 tsp

Rosemary – 1 tsp

Lime Juice – 1 tsp

Spring Onion – 3

Garlic pods – 10

Onion – 1

Potato -1

Tomato -1

Olive Oil

Preheat the oven to 180 degree

Remove chicken giblets out of the cavity and rinse the chicken and pat dry with paper towel.

Heat butter and mix garlic-chilly paste, rosemary, olive oil, Lime juice  and combine well.

Coat this on to the chicken and between the skin.

Place the Spring onion and garlic pods inside the cavity.

Roast the chicken in the oven for 45 mints by coating this mixture between 15 Full Chicken 1mints.

Coat the mixture to onion , garlic pods, tomato and potatoes and place it in the tray and cook along.
