Wheat powder – 1 cup
Pumpkin – 1 cup
Green chill -1
Coriander leaves – few
Cook the pumpkin and potatoes and smach well.
Finely Chop the onion, chilly , coriander add to the wheat powder by adding salt and smashed pumpkins and potatoes.
Make this to a dough adding water.
Make the dough to small balls and with a rolling pin make it to a flat round or cut it into shapes.
Heat a skillet, grease lightly with ghee and put the paratha and cook each side for 50 seconds.
