Chicken – 500 gm…
Milk – 3 tsp
All Purpose flour -1 cup
Breadcrumbs – 4 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Garlic powder – 3 tsp
Onion powder – 2tsp
Paprika powder – 1tsp
Oil – For deep frying
(If you don’t have garlic and onion powder use crushed garlic and onion.)
Mix egg and milk into a bowl.
Dip the chicken pieces in the batter and keep in the refrigerator for 20 mints.
Mix all purpose flour, breadcrumbs, pepper powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika powder and salt together.
Dip the chicken into the flour and dip back in the egg and again to the flour. (Double coating)
Heat the oil and fry the chicken for 10 -15 mints.
