Boiled Potatoes – 10 (used baby potatoes)
Methi (fenugreek leaves) – 4 cups (chopped)
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Hing – ¼ tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Garlic (Chopped)– 1 tsp
Ginger (Chopped)- 1 tsp
Green chillies (Chopped)
Dry red chilly – 2
Clean the methi leaves and in a bowl of water add little salt and put the leaves for 15 mints and clean with fresh water and chop the methi leaves.
Heat oil and add cumin seed and once it crackles add ginger, garlic, green chilles, red chillies and hing and saute for a minute.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cooked potatoes and cook for 5 mints.
Add methi leaves and salt and mix well and cook for 3 to 4 mints.
