Crab – ½ kg…
Garlic – 5 pods
Onions – 4
Tomatoes – 3
Potato – 1
Big long Green Chilly – 2
Chilli powder – 2 tsp
Coriander powder- 2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1 tsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Heat oil and add chopped garlic and saute until the raw smell goes.
Add the sliced onions and fry till it becomes brown.
Add the chopped potato and tomatoes to it and stir well.
Once the tomatoes are cooked, add enough salt, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, pepper powder and fry till the raw smell goes.
Add crab pieces into this gravy and stir well for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add big long green chilly and 2 cups water and cover the lid and cook for 10-15 mints.
Once the crabs are cooked well add 2 tsp of oil and roast till the gravy becomes thick.
