Pepper Rice
pepperrice
Cooked Basmati rice – 2 cups
Green peas (cooked)- ½ cup
Pepper powder – 1 tablespoon
Sesame powder – 1 tablespoon
Clove-3
Bayleaf-1
Star anise-few
Cashews – A handful
Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon
Ghee – 2 tsp
Salt – as per taste

Method
Heat ghee in a pan. Add clove, bayleaf, star anise and fry for a mint and add cashew nuts.
When its fried add cooked rice, geen peas, salt, pepper powder, sesame powder to it and mix will adding lemon juice. See More
