Paneer – 20 g
Onion – 1
Tomato – 2
Clove – 5
Cinnamon – 1 stick
Dry Methi – 1 tsp
Spring onion – 1
Coriander – one bunch
Curd – 1 cup
Water – ¼ water
Fry the paneer and in that pan add a spoon of oil and put cloves and cinnamon.
Fry till the raw smell goes and then add chopped coriander leaves, spring onion, onion and fry till the onions turn translucent.
Add methi power and mix well and put chopped tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes becomes soft.
Add turmeric and chilly powder and ones the raw smell goes off add curd and water well.
Add paneer mix and cook for 2mints .
