Missi Puri

Missipuri2 WM
Wheat Flour – 300 g
Gram Flour – 150 g
Cumin Seed – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Oil  – to deep fry
Missi puri WM
Mix wheat, gram flour, salt and cumin with water to make a dough.
Make small balls of the dough and flatten it to a disk shape.
Fry in a hot oil and Missi puris are done.
