Here’s an easy and very colourful Chicken Bell pepper salad .
Boneless chicken – 250 g
Bell pepper red, yellow, green- 250 g
Lime juice – 5 tsp
Crushed Pepper – 2tsp
Boiled egg – 1 (optional)
Cut the chicken and bell pepper into julienne.
In a pan heat butter and add the chicken, crushed pepper and lime juice.
Cook till the chicken is half done.
Add the bell pepper Julian’s, salt and fry till everything is cooked well.
Garnish with boiled eggs
