All-Poupose flour – 1 cup
Milk – 3 tsp
Onion – 1 chopped
Green chilly – 1 chopped
Green bell pepper – 3 tsp chopped
Red bell pepper – 5 tsp chopped
Coriander leaves – 5 tsp chopped
Water -2 cups
Sugar – ¼ tsp
Beat eggs, milk water in a bowl.
Add maida little by little into the egg mixture and make to a batter without lumps.
Put all the chopped vegetables into this batter
Add salt and sugar and mix well and keep aside for 5 mints.
Grease a nonstick tava and pour a large spoonful of the batter to the pan and make it into a pancake.
Cook both sides well, flipping the pancake.
