Fish Roast

Ingredients

Fish without bone- 1/2 kg
Ginger paste -5 tsp
Garlic paste – 5 tsp
Green chilly -5 tsp
Chilly powder – 1 1/2 tsp
Green chilly -5
Vinegar – 5 tsp
Salt
Oil

Method

Cut the fish to small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and add ginger, garlic and chilly paste and fry till it turns little brown.
Add salt and chilly powder it it and fry till the chilly powder turns brown then add fish to it adding more oil and fry.
Fry till the fish is cooked well and add vinegar, mix with the fish.
Add cut green chilies and a spoon of ginger paste and cook for 2 mints.
You can store this for fish-roast-wm5 days.
