Pumpkin Prawns soup

It was raining here and it’s a perfect time to have a hot soup.

Prawns – 100 g

Pumpking (Cooked)– 100 g

Coconut milk – ½ cup

Ginger – 1 inch

Tomato – 1 small

Shallot – 3

Pepper powder – ½ tsp

Lime juice – ½ tsp

Oil – 1 tsp

Water – ½ cup

Into a hot pan heat oil and fry the prawns adding pepper powder and ginger.

Add chopped shallots and tomatoes and fry till it becomes soft and then add the smashed pumpkin.

Fry for 3 mints and add the coconut milk and water

Cover and cook for 10 mints and it done.
