Potato – 200 g
Butter – ½ tsp
Thyme – ¼ tsp
Basil – ¼ tsp
Crushed Black Pepper – ½ tsp
Crushed Chilly flakes – ½ tsp
Oil – ½ tsp
Cut the potatoes into chunky wedges.
Put all the ingredients other than oil to the potatoes and mix well.
Cook in the microwave oven for 3 mints mixing in between
Heat oil in a pan and transfer the potatoes to the pan and fry will it turns golden brown.
