Chocolate Mousse

Cholocate Mousse with sprinklers
Cold water – ¼ cup
Hot water – ¾ cup
Gelatin (unflavored) – 50 g
Cocoa powder – ¾ cup
Sugar Powder – ½ cup
Vanila Essence – 1 tsp
Whipped Powder – 100 g
Cold Milk – 130 ml
Cake sprinkles (optional)
In a bowl add cold water and mix the gelatin. Once the gelatin is mixed well add the hot water and mix well and keep it aside. Mix the coco powder and powdered sugar together. In a deep mixing bowl add whipping powder and milk and using a hand mixer wip in medium speed it it becomes creamy. Add the vanilla essence and mix Slowly add coco and sugar mix to it and wip. Finally add the gelatin to it and mix well. Pour it into small containers and refrigerate for 2 hours. Add cake sprinklers.
