Shrimp- 200 g
Spring onion (Crushed) – 2 tsp
Potato (cooked) -1
Spring onion (chopped) – 2 tsp
Pepper powder – 1 tsp
Lime juice – 2 tsp
Mix salt, pepper powder, curshed spring onion and lime juice to the shrimp.
Keep it aside for an hour and then fry in olive oil.
Smash potatoes, avocado by adding chopped spring onion, lime juice and salt.
Cut the cooked shrimp to small pieces and add to the salad and mix well.
