Chicken – 300 gm
Shallots – 250 gm
Green Bell Pepper – 1 Small…
Pepper powder – 3 tsp
Oil – 3 tsp
Ghee – 1 tsp
Remove the skin of shallots and clean.
In a pan heat oil and ghee and add green bell pepper fry for 1 mints.
Add shallots, pepper powder and salt and fry for 5 mints.
Add chicken pieces, mix well, cover and cook for 3 more mints and add water and cook till the chicken is done.
