Egg – 5 (boiled)
Ginger paste – 1tsp
Garlic paste -1/2 tsp
Chill powder- 1 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder- 2 tsp
In a Kadai heat oil and add little salt a pinch of chilly powder and fry the boiled eggs for 3mints and keep it aside.
In the same oil add the chilly ginger and garlic paste and fry till it turns brown.
Add chopped onion and fry till brown and add to notes and fry till the mixture turns soft.
Add chilly, turmeric, coriander powder and salt and fry till the raw taste of all the powder goes.
Pour little water and and then add the eggs and cooked for 3 more mints.
