Potato (boiled and mashed) -1 cup
Rice powder – 5 tsp
Corn flour – 3 tsp
Ginger – 1 tsp
Green Chillies (Chopped) – 2
lemon juice – 1/2 tsp
Coriander – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Wash the sabudan and keep with for 2 hours sprinkling a little water.
Mix the sabudana along with all the other ingredients and knead lightly to form a soft dough.
Make it into small portions and each portion into round and flatten slightly.
Deep-fry the vadas in hot oil until they are golden brown in colour.
