Ginger has an anti –inflammatory properties so this soup is good at the time of cold and flu.
Chicken (Boneless) – 200g
Spring onion – 1 stem
Ginger – 2 inch piece
Pepper corns – 5
Carrot – ½
Water – 4 cups
In a pot add the chicken and ginger and cook till the chicken is half done.
Add all the other ingredients and cook in slow fire for another 20 mints .
