Cloves – 4
Cinnamon – ½ inch
Pepper seeds – ½ tsp
Bay leaves – 2
Onions – 1
Oil – 1 tsp
Mutton Minced – 250 g
Besan /Gram powder – 2 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste – ¼ tsp
Coriander leaves – 1 tsp (chopped)
Coriander powder -½ tsp
Chilly powder – ½ tsp
Yoghurt – 1 tsp
Ghee – 2 tsp
Heat a pan and add oil and fry cloves, cinnamon, pepper seeds, cardamom, bay leaves and fry.
Once the masala turns brown add onion and fry.
In a mixer make the fried items into a smooth paste.
In a bowl mix mutton minced, the paste, egg, besan/ gram power, turmeric powder, ginger garlic past coriander leaves coriander powder, chilly powder, yoghurt, salt and mix well.
Grease hands with little oil and make small flat koftas.
Heat a pan and pour oil, ghee and fry the koftas.
