Idli rice – 1 cup
Urad dal – 1/2 cup
Methi seeds -2 tsp
Wash and soak the rice,dal & methi seeds for two hours.
Grind everything together adding water.
Finaly add the ragi flour and grind for few minutes.
Allow it to ferment overnight.
Once fermented make the idli in idly cooker.
