Mulaku Poriyal (Banana Pepper Fry)

Ingredients 

Mulaku/ Banana Peppers- 250 g

coconut– 6 tsp

Mustard seeds -1 tsp

urad dal – 1 tsp

Dry red chilies – 2

Curry leaves – few

Salt 

Oil

Method

Clean and cut the pepper.

Heat oil a pan, add mustard seeds and once it starts to splutter add urad dal, dry red chllies and curry leaves and fry for a minute.

Add the cut peppers and fry adding salt.

Put the coconut and cook for 5 mints.
