Sabudana/ Sago – 2 cups
Ingredients For mixing
Potato – 1 (cooked and mashed)
Jeera – ¼ spoon (powder)
Ginger – little (finely chopped)
Green chillis- 2(finely chopped)
Lemon Juice – ½ tsp
Peanut – 2 tbsp (dry roast and powder coarsely)
Sugar – Little
oil / butter to fry
Soak sabudana for 5 hrs or overnite.
Drain the water and mix all the ingredients in sabudana / Sago and mix all the ingredients
Heat a non stick pan and spread oil / butter on it.
Apply some oil in a plate and take some portion of the mixture and flatten it with the plams.
Place the flattened thalipeeth to the frying pan and fry both side till its brown and crisp.
