Chemmeen Varattiyathu (Prawns Fry)

Prawns – 250 g

Curry leaves -10 

Oil 

Ingredients for paste 

Pepper corns – 1 tsp

Red Chilly powder – 1 tsp 

Coriander powder  – 1 1/2 tsp 

Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp

Curry leaves – 10 leaves 

Shallot – 4 

Salt

Method 

Grind all the ingredients to make a smooth paste.

Marinate prawns in this paste and keep it for 30 mints 

In a pan heat oil and fry the prawns for 10 mints
