Paneer Pakoda

Ingredients

Paneer cubes (cottage cheese) – 1 cup

Oil – for frying

For Batter

Gram Flour (Besan) – 1 cup

Rice Powder – ½ cup

Black salt – ½ tsp

Chilli powder – ½ tsp

Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp

Salt – a pinch

Water – ½ cup

Method

Mix all the batter ingredients adding water to a semi thick constancy

In a Kadhai heat the oil

Dip the paneer cubes into the batter and put it into the hot oil

Fry till the pakodas become golden brown colour from all the sides.
