Gulkand, or Gulqand is a sweet preserve of rose petals made in India and in some other Asian countries. Mostly Damascus Rose (Pannir rose) is used to make Gulkand.
Damascena rose(Pannir Rose) – 300 g
Sugar – 300 g
Pick up the fresh rose and take the rose petals.
Clean the petals with water.
Take a dry glass bottle with lid and add the rose petals and sugar in layers.
Close the bottle with the lid and cover with a clean cloth and keep it in sun light.
Keep it for 10 days and your Gulkand is ready
