Sweet Corn Rice


Cooked rice – 1½  cup

Garlic – 2 cloves

Spring onion – 1 (white part)

Sweet Corn – 1 cup

Dry parsley – 1 tsp

Crushed pepper – ½ tsp

Butter – ½ tsp

Oil – ¼ tsp



In a pan heat oil and butter together.

Add chopped garlic, spring onion, and fry for half a minute.

Add dry parsley, crushed pepper, sweet corn and salt, fry for few minutes.

Once the sweet corn is cooked add cooked rice and mix well.
