Baked Honey Pineapple Chicken


Chicken leg – 500g 

Pineapple cubes – 1 1/2 cup 

Onion – 2cup 

Honey- 3 tsp 

Soya sauce- 5 tsp

Red chilly sauce – 4 tsp

Red bell/yellow  pepper – 1/2 cup

Vinegar-3 tsp

Green chilly -2 

Red chilly -3 

Ginger Julian- 3 tsp

Water -1cup 




Heat oil and put green chilly and ginger and fry for a mint. 

Add onions and once it turns pink add pineapple. 

Fry till the onions turn soft adding salt, soya sauce, red chilly sauce, red/ yellow pepper, vinegar, honey , 

Red chilly and fry for 5 mints

Add chicken to this and mix well. 

Pour one cup of water and cook for 6 minutes. 

Pre heat the oven at 180 degree and bake the chicken for 20 mints.
